This is precisely what I was looking for. I have a Samsung Z Fold 5, and it is very heavy. It tends to pull all the phone holders down that attach to the vent, or it covers my center dash. This connects to the back and corner of the screen. I can use my phone open or closed. Although I don't have a Tesla, it worked great on the screen for my 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450. The sticker that comes with it to adhere to the back of the screen did not hold my phone, so I replaced it with picture hanging command strips cut down to the size of the phone holder.
